¶1We affirm appellant’s convictions and sentences of first degree murder and burglary with assault. We reverse appellant’s conviction on the robbery charge and remand this cause to the trial court with directions to vacate the conviction and sentence imposed thereon. See State v. Pinder, 375 So.2d 836 (Fla.1979).
¶2REVERSED IN PART; AFFIRMED IN PART and REMANDED.
