PER CURIAM.

¶1Smith appeals from a summary denial of her 3.850 motion. We affirm.

¶2Smith violated her probation which was therefore revoked and she was sentenced to a term of incarceration. Her motion for post-conviction relief asserted that: (1) the probation revocation resulted from an illegal arrest; and (2) she was illegally searched upon her arrest. Neither ground is cognizable under Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.850.

¶3Affirmed.
