¶1Judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 24, 1973, affirmed (People v. Usher, 39 A D 2d 459, amd. 40 A D 2d 1079, affd. 34 N Y 2d 600). The ease is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for proceedings to direct defendant to surrender himself to said court in order that execution of the judgment be commenced or resumed (CPL 460.50, subd. 5).
