HAWKINS, J.

¶1Conviction is for murder; punishment being assessed at imprisonment in the penitentiary for life.

¶2This is the second appeal. The opinion in the former appeal will be found reported in 39 S.W.(2d) 897.

¶3The venue was changed from Hall county to Donley county, where the last trial was had. The record in this appeal is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception. In, such condition nothing is presented for review.

¶4The judgment is affirmed.
