¶1AFTER REMANDMENT ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING

TAYLOR, Judge.

¶2This court’s “After Remandment” opinion of October 9, 1984, is withdrawn, and the following substituted in its place.

¶3In compliance with the decision of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Calhoun, 460 So.2d 1378 (Ala.1984), the judgment of conviction in this case is hereby set aside and reversed, and the case remanded for a new trial.

¶4REHEARING GRANTED; REVERSED AND REMANDED.
