¶1Because of Petitioner’s failure to comply with A.R.A.P. 39(k) in his application for rehearing in this “no opinion” case before the Court of Criminal Appeals, the petition presents nothing for our review. Petition for writ of certiorari, 453 So.2d 8, reh. den. 456 So.2d 1170, is denied.
