¶1In re Quinton Blackstone, applying for supervisory writs, to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 245-247, Section “B”.

¶2Granted. The ruling of the trial judge is set aside; the ease is remanded to the district court. An evidentiary hearing is ordered to consider and decide the claim of constitutionally excessive sentence. The district court is ordered to appoint a lawyer to represent relator.
