¶1Affirmed. We agree with the trial court’s ruling that it had no authority to deviate from the minimum mandatory sentence mandated by section 893.135(l)(b)(2), Florida Statutes (1983) or to place the appellant in a community control program under the sentencing guidelines. See Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.701(d)9.
