¶1We reverse the final summary judgment entered in favor of appellee. Contrary to appellee’s position, the undisputed material facts establish that he was a developer within the meaning of Section 718.103(13), Florida Statutes (1980 Supp.). Therefore, appellee was not entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law.
¶2Reversed and remanded for further proceedings consistent herewith.
