PER CURIAM.

¶1This is an appeal by the child from an oral pronouncement entered in open court denying his motion to dismiss the juvenile proceedings. We do not have jurisdiction. Fla.R.App.P. 9.020 and 9.140(b). See State v. F.E.J., 399 So.2d 47 (Fla. 5th DCA 1981).

¶2Accordingly, the appeal is sua sponte dismissed. See L.L. v. State, 429 So.2d 347 (Fla. 5th DCA 1983).

¶3DISMISSED.
