¶1 Gerald Henneghan appeals the district court’s orders dismissing his amended employment discrimination complaint, denying his motions for reconsideration, and denying various nondispositive motions. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Henneghan v. Smith, No. 1:11-cv-00247LMB-JFA (E.D. Va. We deny Henneghan’s requests for counsel, recusal, and other relief on appeal. We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
