¶1In the petition for writ of error coram nobis filed by appellant Brown, issues have been raised which ordinarily require a hearing. The circuit court dismissed the petition without a hearing.
¶2We must reverse and remand this case with instructions to the circuit court to conduct a hearing.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
