¶2This cause is remanded to the Circuit Court of Mobile County to conduct a new sentencing hearing in this cause on authority of Peterson v. State, 466 So.2d 984 (Ala.1984) reversing 466 So.2d 982 (Ala.Cr.App.1983).

¶3REMANDED FOR NEW SENTENCING HEARING.
