Lowell v. State

¶1Upon remand from the Supreme Court, State v. Lowell, 463 So.2d 1146, (Fla.1985), this court’s opinion of March 21, 1984, 452 So.2d 10, is hereby withdrawn. Following the dictates of State v. Bussey, 463 So.2d 1141 (Fla.1985), we affirm the defendant’s conviction.
