¶1The question of actual delivery was made by the facts in this case, but in other respects, it is the same as the foregoing. His Honor charged that the plaintiff was not entitled to recover. Plaintiff excepted.
¶2Verdict for the defendant. Judgment and appeal. For the reasons given in the case, Reeves v. Edwards, ante 457, the judgment is affirmed.
