On Motion to Dismiss. This cause coming on for hearing on appellants' motion to dismiss the appeal in which it is represented that the cause has become moot, and the Court having considered said motion and being sufficiently advised in the premises,

¶2It Is Ordered and Adjudged that the judgment of this Court herein entered of record on May 21, 1943, be and the same is hereby vacated and set aside, and that the appeal herein be now and the same is hereby dismissed.
