¶1Conviction for theft; punishment, two years in the penitentiary.
¶2The record is here without any statement of facts. There are a number of bills of exception which cannot be appraised by us in the absence of a statement of facts. Such exceptions to the charge of the court as present questions of law have been examined and are believed not to be well taken.
¶3Binding no error in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
