Wicks v. Shell-Eleazer

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided April 25, 2012

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2012-04-25

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2012-04-25

PER CURIAM:

¶1David Bryant Wicks appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2006) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Wicks v. Shell-Eleazer, No. 1:11-cv-01570-RDB, 2011 WL 4442832 (D.Md. Sept. 22, 2011). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2AFFIRMED.
