¶1AFTER REMANDMENT
¶2The judgment of the circuit court denying the petition for writ of error coram nobis is reversed. This cause is remanded with directions that the trial court conduct an evidentiary hearing on the matters contained in the petition as directed in Ex parte Boatwright, 471 So.2d 1257 (Ala.1985).
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
