Warren v. State

¶1We affirm appellant’s conviction and sentence, including the provision that such sentence be served consecutively to his present incarceration on another conviction. However, we remand the case to the trial court with directions that the sentencing order be amended to provide that the sentence be served in the county jail rather than the state prison.
