¶1Reversed on the authority of State v. Neil, 457 So.2d 481 (Fla.1984); accord Jones v. State, 464 So.2d 547 (Fla.1985); Andrews v. State, 459 So.2d 1018 (Fla.1984); Safford v. State, 463 So.2d 378 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985). The cause is remanded for a new trial.
