District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1985-06-26

Relies on Florida v. Royer

Decided 1985-06-26

PER CURIAM.

¶1Affirmed. On appellate review we are in no position to second-guess the trial court’s findings with reference to the issues of founded suspicion and consent where there is competent, substantial evidence to support those findings. Cf. Florida v. Royer, 460 U.S. 491, 103 S.Ct. 1319, 75 L.Ed.2d 229 (1983).
