PER CURIAM.

¶1The appellant appeals his convictions for possession of controlled substances and possession of paraphernalia.

¶2We find no merit in the appellant’s first point on appeal. As to the second point, we agree with the state that the appellant has not preserved the issue for appellate review. Nessmith v. State, 472 So.2d 1248 (1st DCA 1985).

¶3Accordingly, we AFFIRM.
