¶1In re David Earl Wilson, applying for stay of execution pending application to the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

¶2The foregoing motion considered: It Is ordered that the execution of David Earl Wilson by the State of Louisiana, the Department of Corrections, and any other department, agent, or servant for the State of Louisiana, is hereby stayed pending timely filing and final action by the Supreme Court of the United States of America on mover’s petition for writ of certiorari.
