Decided June 20, 2012

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2012-06-20

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2012-06-20

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Franklin C. Smith appeals the district court’s orders denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2006) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, although we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Smith v. Baldwin, No. 2:10-cv-00033-MSD-DEM (E.D.Va. Apr. 26, 2012). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4 AFFIRMED.
