¶2Granted. The trial court is ordered to:
¶3(1) order the preservation of the parish prison “roll sheet” subpoenaed by relator (if the document is still available) for possible use in future post conviction proceedings; and
¶4(2) order the clerk of court to file the appeal within thirty days.
