¶1This cause is before us on petition to review a decision of the Fifth District Court of Appeal reported as Mobley v. State, 460 So.2d 383 (Fla. 5th DCA 1984). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. We approve the decision of the district court of appeal on the authority of our decision in Fike v. State, 474 So.2d 1192 (Fla.1985).
