¶1We reverse the trial court’s order denying the petitioner’s claim for relief under Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure.
¶2The successor trial judge has reviewed the record. In accordance with his acknowledgment that the probationary period of defendant’s sentence is inappropriate, we remand with directions to the trial court to strike the probationary portion of defendant’s sentence.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
