Grogg v. Navarro

¶1The case is remanded with direction to the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing upon the amount of bail to be required of the petitioner. The file in this case reflects not only confusion as to the amount of bail the trial judge intended to set but also as to the evidence upon which an informed decision could be based.
