PER CURIAM.

¶1REVERSED. A complaint sets out a cause of action if it contains a short, plain statement of the facts which shows that the pleader is entitled to relief. Bolton v. Smythe, 432 So.2d 129 (Fla.5th DCA 1983). The complaint in this matter is sufficient to state a cause of action in negligence.

¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
