¶2In this case, the majority voices the opinion that the defendant’s sentence is excessive. I am of the opinion that the current state of the record precludes such a determination at this time. It is currently unclear as to what basis the trial judge used in sentencing this defendant. It is for this reason that the matter is being remanded to the district court for resentencing.
