¶1In re Johnson, Saul; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, stay; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “J”, No. 307-822.

¶2Granted in part and denied in part. The trial judge is ordered to conduct a hearing on the motion to suppress outside the presence of the jury affording the parties the right to call witnesses and subpoena records. The writ is otherwise denied.
