¶1ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS
¶2We treat the petition for writ of mandamus filed with this court as an appeal from an order of the circuit court which denied a similar petition for writ of mandamus. As we find no error in the circuit court’s order, it is AFFIRMED.
