¶1A claim for guardianship fees not filed until six years after the guardianship terminated with the death of the ward is barred by section 733.702(l)(b), Florida Statutes (1985), which requires that a claim against an estate that arose before the death of the decedent be presented within three years where no notice of administration is published.
¶2The order awarding guardianship fees is REVERSED.
