¶1AFTER REMANDMENT

TAYLOR, Judge.

¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Berard v. State, 486 So.2d 476 (Ala.1985), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for a new trial.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
