¶1In re Detiveaux, Michael; applying for supervisory writ; Parish of Terrebonne, Houma City Court, Div.-, No. C-49-85; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KW 85 1384.

¶2Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is set aside, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for reconsideration in the light of State v. Jones, 481 So.2d 598 (La.1986) (No. 85-KK-1135).
