STOKER, Judge.

¶1For the reasons stated in the companion case of Decuir v. City of Marksville, 488 So.2d 402 (La.App. 3d Cir.1986), in which a separate opinion is being rendered this date, the judgment dismissing the plaintiff’s claims is affirmed, without prejudice to any action he might have once he has exhausted his administrative remedies. Costs of both the trial and appellate courts are assessed to the plaintiff.

¶2AFFIRMED.
