¶1We affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motion for a continuance of his sentencing. However, this affirmance is without prejudice to the appellant to file a Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion on the grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel at sentencing.
