ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a
pretrial motion for return of seized property and the suppression of
evidence. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Tierra Danielle
Jones, Judge.
Our initial review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect.
Specifically, no statute or court rule allows a defendant to appeal from an
order denying a pretrial motion for return of seized property and the
suppression of evidence. See Castillo v. State,
, 1135 (1990); NRS 177.015(2). Accordingly, we conclude that we lack
jurisdiction to consider this appeal, and we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
