PER CURIAM.

¶1We reverse the appellant’s conviction and remand for a new trial because the trial court failed to hold the required hearing regarding the prosecutor’s admitted discovery violation. See Richardson v. State, 246 So.2d 771 (Fla.1971).

¶2REVERSED.
