Wynn v. State

¶1The petition is granted and Ronnie D. Wynn is hereby afforded a belated appeal from the order denying amended motion for postconviction relief in Leon County Circuit Court case number 2005-CF-3373. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of the opinion will be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal who shall treat it as a notice of appeal. Fla. RApp. P. 9.141(c)(5)(D).
