<bold>[1] Insurance — Construction of Policy — Policy as a Whole.</bold> The meaning and effect of an insurance policy should be determined from the entire policy. <bold>[2] Insurance — Medical Treatment — Malpractice — Medical</bold> <bold>Services.</bold> Whether an act constitutes "medical services," as that term is used in malpractice insurance policies, is not determined from the fact that the act does or does not occur in a medical office during a scheduled appointment, but from the nature of the act in relation to the type of services rendered by the insured.
