U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided November 29, 2012

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2012-11-29

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1988

Decided 2012-11-29

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Alex D. Taylor appeals the district court’s order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1988 (2006) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Taylor v. Byars, No. 1:11-cv-00915-TLW, 2012 WL 2149761 (D.S.C. June 18, 2012). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4AFFIRMED.
