Farley v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida · decided 1986-07-09

Relies on 464 So. 2d 1171 - Scott v. State

Decided 1986-07-09

PER CURIAM.

¶1The trial court found appellant’s motion for relief under Rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure, to be fatally defective as not in compliance with the rule. We affirm. Scott v. State, 464 So.2d 1171 (Fla. 1985). This affirmance is without prejudice to appellant’s right to refile at the trial level a motion which complies with the requirements of the rule.
