¶1concurring in part, dissenting in part on second issue.
¶2I agree with the Court’s disposition of this cause on the first issue, but, for the reasons expressed in my dissent in En-mund v. State, 476 So.2d 165 (Fla.1985), I dissent from the disposition of the second issue in this cause.
