¶1AFTER REMANDMENT
¶2The judgment of the circuit court is hereby reversed and the cause remanded at the direction of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Speaks, 494 So.2d 118 (Ala.1986).
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
