PER CURIAM.

¶1The appeal is in all respects affirmed except as to the denial of attorney fees and costs to the former wife, appellant, as concerns the trial court proceedings. In light of the disparate incomes of the parties and other financial circumstances, we are of the opinion that it was an abuse of discretion and reversible error not to award such fees and costs to the appellant.

¶2Affirmed in part; reversed in part and remanded.
