¶1AFTER REMANDMENT
¶2In compliance with the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Beverly, 497 So.2d 519 (Ala.1986), appellant’s conviction for murder in the first degree is affirmed. His conviction for grand larceny is reversed and judgment rendered in his favor on that charge.
¶3AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART; JUDGMENT RENDERED.
