DAUKSCH, Judge.

¶1This is an appeal from a sentence which the state concedes is improper so the sentence is quashed and this cause is remanded for resentencing. The conviction is affirmed.

¶2CONVICTION AFFIRMED; SENTENCE QUASHED; REMANDED.
