¶1We affirm all aspects of this appeal except as to the matter of attorney’s fees. We reverse the award of attorney’s fees to appellee upon authority of Kittel v. Kittel, 210 So.2d 1 (Fla.1968).
¶2Affirmed in part; reversed in part.
